24K gold-plated zircon bridal set with bindiya from the September 2026 Metcos range

Metcos is Taking Orders Again: What September 2026 Brings

Metcos is taking orders again. The studio in Lahore is working through the wedding season, the catalogue has grown considerably since we last wrote, and there is now a proper library of guides behind the shop for anyone who wants to understand what they are buying before they buy it.

Here is what has changed.

A larger catalogue

The range now runs to more than eighty active designs across pendant sets, studs, bangles, rings, earrings, button pati and bridal sets. Pendant sets remain the heart of it, with thirty matched designs from slim everyday lockets at Rs. 5,300 up to full bridal-weight sets with bindiya at Rs. 21,800.

Studs have grown to twenty designs and bangles to fifteen, including openable clip-lock kara styles that go on without forcing over the knuckle. Everything is 24K gold plated over brass, set with real American zircon rather than glass, hand-finished in our own studio and given an anti-tarnish coat before it is boxed.

Made to order, and what that means for timing

Most pieces are produced after the order is placed rather than pulled from a shelf. That is why the finish is consistent and why a set arrives looking the way it does in the photograph.

It also means timing matters. Allow 10 to 12 working days for dispatch, with courier transit on top. If you are buying for a specific function, order with that in mind, or message us and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable before you place anything.

Delivery, simply stated

One rule, everywhere: Rs. 300 delivery on orders under Rs. 4,000, and free delivery at Rs. 4,000 and above. Cash on delivery across Pakistan, so nothing leaves your hands until the parcel reaches you.

A library of guides, not marketing copy

The part of this we are most pleased with is not a product at all.

Over the last few weeks we have published nine guides answering the questions customers actually ask us on WhatsApp every week. What bangle sizes mean. How long plating really lasts. What Ganga Jamna and jurao and diamond cut actually describe. What a bridal set costs at three different budgets. How to look after zircon jewelry through a Lahore or Karachi monsoon. What button pati is, which nobody had bothered to write down in English before.

They are written to be useful rather than persuasive. Where the honest answer is that something we sell is the wrong choice for what you want, the guide says so. You can read the lot at our jewelry guide.

Choosing for the wedding season

If you are buying for functions this season, three things are worth settling before you order rather than after.

  1. Bangle size. Most adult women take 2.6 (Sawa 2) or 2.8 (Dhai), but it is worth two minutes with a strip of paper to be sure. The sizing guide has the chart.
  2. One set or several. A two-tone Ganga Jamna set works against both warm and cool outfit palettes, which matters when one set has to carry mehndi, barat and walima.
  3. Your budget, honestly. The bridal checklist sets out what Rs. 10,000, Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 50,000 each realistically cover, with the actual pieces.

Talk to us before you order

The fastest way to get a straight answer about sizing, stone colour, timing or how a piece reads in daylight is to message us. WhatsApp 03 111 478 604, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Send a reference photo if you have one for something custom, and we will tell you what is possible, what it will cost and how long it will take.
