These Terms of Service govern your use of metcos.com.pk and every purchase you make from Metcos Designer Jewelry. Please read them carefully. By browsing our store, contacting us on WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Metcos Designer Jewelry, a handcrafted jewellery business based in Lahore, Pakistan. "You" refers to any visitor, customer or contributor of content to the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Using our online store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products or our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not transmit any virus, worm or other destructive code. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. Our jewellery

Metcos Designer Jewelry specialises in handcrafted, diamond-cut and casted gold-plated jewellery — pendant sets, bangles, earrings, studs, rings, bridal sets and button pati.

• Made to order. Most pieces are freshly made after your order is placed. Production and dispatch typically take 10–12 working days, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
• Handcrafted variation. Because each piece is finished by hand, minor variation in polish, plating tone and finishing is normal and is part of the character of the product.
• Colour accuracy. We photograph every product as faithfully as we can, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours and metal tones exactly.
• Availability. Some designs are produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by region, or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, price or service at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or prohibit orders that in our judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Where we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

4. Orders placed over WhatsApp

You may place an order or ask a question through the WhatsApp buttons on our website. Orders confirmed over WhatsApp are subject to these same Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and agreed the price, delivery address and payment method with you.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will inform you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept returns where the item you received is damaged or different from what you ordered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is wrong. 7. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be your sole basis for making a decision. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We may modify the contents of this site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update any information.

8. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change, update or cancel orders if any information was inaccurate at the time of purchase — including after you have submitted your order.

9. Third-party tools and links

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control, provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Your use of any optional third-party tool is entirely at your own risk, and you should review that provider's own terms.

Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products or services, and we accept no liability for any harm or damage related to them. Complaints or claims about third-party products should be directed to that third party.

10. Your submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs or other materials — whether at our request or not — you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction or compensation. We are under no obligation to keep submissions confidential or to respond to them.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third party's rights, will not be libellous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful, and will not contain any virus or malware. You may not use a false email address or impersonate anyone. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit.

11. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited uses

In addition to the prohibitions above, you may not use this site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulation, rule, law or ordinance; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, spider, crawl or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with the security features of this or any related website. We may terminate your use of our services for violating any of these prohibitions.

13. Intellectual property

All designs, product photography, text, logos and other content on this website are the property of Metcos Designer Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without our express written permission.

14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our service is at your sole risk. Our service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied.

In no case shall Metcos Designer Jewelry, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any product purchased through it. Where applicable law does not allow such exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Metcos Designer Jewelry and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

17. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date survive termination of this agreement. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or simply by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

18. Entire agreement and governing law

These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it. Any ambiguity in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the update here. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
